Books play an essential role in everyone’s life. Reading helps expand information and knowledge. That is why library is a great place. Here one can find books on all probable genres and categories.

AIMS AND PURPOSE OF OUR LIBRARY

Our school Library is the place where kids are introduced to the magical world of books. Here they can read anything they want to know. The purpose of the school library is to beef up knowledge and skills of every stakeholder of the school community so that learning can be meaningful.

In our Library all books are arranged according to DEWEY DECIMAL CLASSIFICATION. Students of all the classes come to the library as per their scheduled library class. They can also borrow books from the library.

OUR TREASURES

  • Our Library collects and preserves materials and evidence relating to our place in the world and makes them accessible to everyone including our stakeholders and beyond. The Library exists in order to support and encourage research, debate, conversation, inspiration, learning and enjoyment. We have categorized our readers into four different section like – Pre-primary, Junior, Middle and Senior. We have almost all renowned author’s book in our library collection.
  • We have SUBSCRIBED to many MAGAZINES, PERIODICAL and Newspapers to encourage reading habit of our students.
  • There is open access for the students to choose their desired books by themselves
    also.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Only one book will be issued to each at a time.
  • Books will be issued for only 7 days from the date of issue.
  • Rs.5 per day will be charged for delayed return after the due date.
  • Books lost will have to be brought to the notice of the concerned person.
  • Books lost will have to be compensated with the cost (printed price) of the book lost.
  • Books damaged should also be informed. A fine will be charged for the same.
