Remember my beloved students that your journey of learning is not just about academic achievements. Take the time to understand yourself, acknowledge your feeling and seek support when needed. Your mental well-being is an essential aspect of your success.

we have to encourage everyone in the school and family to engage in conversations about mental health, break down stigma, and actively participate in activities that promote well-being. Together, we can create a community where mental health is a priority and where support is readily available.
